Episode 18: Six Flags Fright Fest

WE LIKE TO PARTY! WE LIKE, WE LIKE TO PARTY! That's right, we went to Six Flags Great America for opening day of Fright Fest! Morgan and Holly (and Mail Man Mike) weave in and out through the amusement park, going on some truly horrific rides. The Fright Fest season is upon us which means every weekend you can go to Six Flags and enjoy a blood red pool of water, severed body parts, friggin' bats, aggressive zombie lumberjacks, clowns, and the scariest part of the park; having to wait in line to pee.

Episode 17: The Brothers Grimm #2

Morgan and Holly are talking Brothers Grimm Tales in the sequel to Episode 7. We paint an elaborate picture of these grotesque stories from centuries long ago. Ones about little naked elves, why Hansel & Gretel's mother probably shouldn't have had children, a girl without hands, a human-sized "bird" and blowing on bones (not sexual at all, unfortunately). 

This Saturday (9/16/17) kicks off Fright Fest at Six Flags and we'll be recording a live episode at Six Flags Great America on the 16th. Fright Fest runs on weekends starting 9/16/17 to 10/31/17. It looks next level scary so definitely make sure to check it out.

Ch Ch Ch Ch! Ha Ha Ha Ha! Welcome to episode 16! This week we're exploring the cult phenomenon that is Friday the 13th and the whole Vorhees' squad. We talk about all 12 of these bad boys and how the cursed part 13 may never happen. Holly talks pop culture; the worst video game ever made, why The Simpsons is magic and a Miss Piggy impression that leaves Morgan in stitches.

Episode 15: Jeffrey Dahmer Part 3: The Jeffening

We have finally come to the final chapter of the horrific, and dare we say YUCKY, life and death of the infamous Jeffrey Dahmer. We talk about Jeff's zombie boyfriends, final kills, the arrest that stuck, and his ultimate demise. Also a great Dahmer quote that chilled us to the very bone (no pun intended). We're also joined once again by Mailman Mike. Enjoy!

Episode 14: The One With Jeffrey Dahmer Part 2

We're welcomed in studio (aka Morgan's living room) with guest and beloved friend Mike Gatsby for part 2 of the story of Jeffrey Dahmer. The monster has fully formed and is now acting out his deepest and darkest fantasies at the expense of the lives of several young men. We also talk about Jeffrey's move to the Oxford Apartments where he was finally able to perform his sadistic acts of violence (for example: makin a big ole pot of dick soup) without detection, at least, for the time being.

Welcome to the world of infamous serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer. We talk about his childhood a little and hernias a lot. The Jeffrey Dahmer origin story is macbre and unusual. We also talk about a crazy connection we never knew about Jeffrey Dahmer and our Dad.

Episode 11: Ghosts: Real or Nah?

Whether it's g-g-g-ghosts or just regular type, everyone has an opinion on whether or not ghosts or real. In this episode we talk about ghost movies for a little before diving into some awesome Chicago related ghost stories including The Congress Hotel, Showman's Rest, The Tonic Room, and The Ford Theatre. It's also our first episode with an official guest! We are joined by our dear friend Maria who tells us a terrifying story her grandma use to tell her when she was little, it's absolutely delightful. We also talk about the coolest ghost story I've ever heard which we got from friend of the show (and real life), Jeff Heider who use to work at Disney. A Disney ghost story? Say whaaaaat? Episode 10: Scream Finale

Episode 10: Aka the episode that should have been about something else, but, SURPRISE IT'S ABOUT SCREAM 4! Due to technical difficulties enjoy Part Three of the Scream franchise. In this episode we dive deep... well sort of deep into the powerhouse "remake" that is Scream 4. We also discuss what our dream cast would be if they remade the original Scream.
